Are more detailed images available?

A customer service or sales representative can provide a larger image than what is provided on the website if you go to the Contact page and submit your image request. Please keep in mind that products and styles may vary and are subject to change without notice.

Can I customize (private-label) your products?

Products as Digital Single-Use Cameras, Film Cameras and Photo Gifts can be customized for your business, wedding, party or event. Click here to fill out a form and specify you would like to create a custom product in your message. A customer service or sales representative will help you with the process of submitting your art or text for your custom order. We accept JPG, TIF, Adobe Illustrator CS2 AI, EPS, PDF, and Adobe Photoshop CS PSD formats.  Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) may apply. Click the Customize Products page for details.

How long do most orders take to process?

Processing time depends on the type of product and if that item is in stock, however most orders are shipped within 10-15 business days. If an order has been placed with custom art, most orders are shipped within 10-15 business days of art approval (JPG proof).

What are your normal business hours?

IIC, Inc. is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CDT. The office is closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Christmas Day. Depending on when a holiday may land in the calendar year, IIC, Inc. may be closed longer than one business day. Please call ahead if you have any concerns about available business hours near a particular holiday.
